Working where others spend their free time!

In the summer months, pools rank high on the popularity scale of sports and leisure activities. Our Deescalation service team looks after one of the hippest bathing locations in the Frankfurt area.

Overview of our fields of activity:

• Water supervisors (lifeguard with DLRG silver certificate, not older than 2 years)
• Swimming masters / specialist employees for bathing companies
• Coordination and instruction with regards to work processes and handling of the customer

In addition, we also take care of the parking management for the customer and support the operator with admission, cash desk and cleaning.

A summer at the bathing lake is seasonal work and requires a high degree of flexibility. With our qualified employees, we can find the perfect solution for every challenge. Our service pays off: we use modules and models that focus on flexible core times, cover peak times, but make costs flexible when fewer people are needed. We guarantee a safe and trouble-free operation of your business operation.
